In accordance with this Act and the regulations made under this Act, the provincial government may form a provincial level committee under the chairmanship of the minister to look into the relevant issues in order to ensure the effective implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities and to prepare and implement necessary programs related to the rights of persons with disabilities from the provincial government. .
(2) The work, duties and powers of the committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the provincial government under the authority of this Act and the regulations made under this Act.
